The Yang 24-step Form

The Yang 24-step solo form is one of the most basic solo forms in tai chi. It is probably the most well known and most widely practiced of all the forms of tai chi. It's relatively short (especially compared to many other solo forms) and so is great for beginner's to start learning tai chi with.
